1. The sale is organised by Nowe Horyzonty [New Horizons] Association with registered office inWarsaw (00-153) at ul. Zamenhofa 1, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.
2. The sale is limited by the amount of accreditations issued. Purchase applications will be accepted until all passes have been sold out in accordance with point 18 of the Regulations.
3. The accreditation entitles the holder to participate in all film shows within the 11^th International Film Festival New Horizons (hereinafter referred to as “the Festival”), for which the holder has made a reservation online, in accordance with point 4 of the Regulations. The accreditation shall not entitle the holder to make a reservation for films during the opening and closing ceremonies.  In addition, the accreditation entitles the holder to discounts on tickets for shows and special events (including silent films with live music, concerts, performances), and festival publications indicated by the Organizer.
4. The accreditation is programmed for 55 credit points  (one point is equal to one screening). Note! One is allowed to enter the show only upon prior online reservation.
5. Online reservation can be made from 8.30 am on the day preceding the event until the beginning of the screening.
6. The accreditation holder can make a reservation for only one seat for a single film show at a specific hour within his/her accreditation.
7. The accreditation holder must not book more than one seat in a single hour bloc on a given day. An hour bloc means screenings held at intervals no longer than 30 minutes (e.g. 9:45 am, 10:00 am and 10:15 am make a single hour bloc).
8. If the accreditation holder is not able to appear at the show for which the reservation was made, the reservation should be cancelled. This is possible until 15 minutes before the show.
9. If one does not cancel the reservation and does not appear at the show in accordance with point 8 the number of admissions on the pass will be reduced by 5 credit points.
10. The ordering person can order solely one accreditation for one person, but it is possible to order the accreditation for the benefit of the third party. One person may order more than one accreditation.
11. Each accreditation is issued for a given name and surname given in an order form. The order form is available at www.nowehoryzonty.pl at a „industry” tab.
12. The order shall include a current portrait photo in a file not exceeding 2 Mb; the photo will be used to identify the owner of the accreditation. The lack of a photo or a photo which does not identify the person ordering the accreditation makes the pass invalid.
13. The fact of granting the accreditation will be confirmed by e-mail within 14 days of crediting the payment to the account of the Organizer.
14. The accreditation cannot be transferred to other person.
15. The accreditation cannot be returned.
16. The price of the accreditation amounts to PLN 350 (VAT included). The sale of accreditations starts on 22 April 2011 and lasts until all passes have been sold, but no longer than to 26 June 2011.
17. The amount due for the accreditation shall be paid to the account of the Organizer within 24 hours of the moment of placing the order (the date of making the payment by the ordering person).
18. Purchase applications without payment being made will not be considered.
19. The accreditation purchased can be collected solely by a person for whom it is issued. The accreditation can be collected only upon production of the identity card or other document with a photo in the Guest Office located in Teatr Lalek [the Wrocław Puppet Theatre ] (pl. Teatralny 4, Wrocław) from 20 July 2011.
20. No duplicates of accreditations shall be issued.
21. The Organizer shall reserve the right to stop the sale at any time without stating reasons.
22. The Organizer is an administrator of personal data.
23. Personal data of the Buyer shall not be transferred to other Parties without the Buyer’s knowledge and consent. By making a payment to the account of the Organizer, one agrees to the content of these Regulations and transferring their personal data to the Organizer. Purchasing the pass for a third party the Buyer confirms that s/he is authorised by the third party to make all representations stated in these Regulations.
24. Everyone shall be entitled to access his/her personal data and update them.
25. The Organizer shall reserve the right to amend these Regulations and cancel particular special events and concerts without stating reasons.
